Christian Devotional: BELIEVE IN THE PROMISE OF JESUS

In God’s Word, there are many promises of God that can accompany us throughout our life’s journey, because God’s promises are powerful. It is said that God’s promise is a pure promise, which is never weathered by anything, so that it is truly tested. But situations that often occur make us doubt about God’s promises. When we begin to doubt, we must rise up and strengthen our faith in believing that God cannot lie to His promises. He is a God who always fulfills His covenant.

In 2 Peter it is said that God is never negligent in fulfilling His promises, even though we consider it a negligence. Indeed, as humans, we always want fast-paced, but God has a special time for each of us. If at this time we still have not seen the fulfillment of God’s promises, be patient and remember that God always fulfills His promises. He wants us to have perseverance and learn to keep believing. We need to trust God’s promises because God will make everything beautiful in His time. In everything, God is never in a hurry or late.
When we experience problems in life, we must learn to trust God’s promises. Hold on to God’s promise that He will never give us trials that are beyond our strength. He will even provide His help for us. In every problem that occurs, rest assured that God will open a way for each of our problems. God’s promise is never changed by anything.
When we hope in God’s promises, our faith will continue to strengthen. We will not be afraid, because God’s promise is a guarantee and certainty for us. Let each of us live in God’s promise, because in it there is certainty. When we begin to doubt God’s promises, let us strengthen our faith, and return to hope and patiently wait for God’s promises. When we do not believe, then we will not be disappointed. We will get the fulfillment of God’s promise. When humans disappoint us because they don’t keep their promises, remember that God cannot break His promises because He is a faithful God. Only God’s promises can be relied on. Amen.
